Ayo berolahraga sesuai bentuk tubuh
Apakah Anak Trax tipe orang yang suka banget olah raga? Atau terpaksa olahraga biar makin terlihat seksi tapi ternyata malah gagal?. Mungkin aja ada yang salah tuh sama jenis olahraga yang kalian pilih. Ternyata, gak semua jenis olah raga yang kita jalanin sesuai dengan jenis tubuh kita loh!. Menurut penelitian, tiap jenis bentuk badan memerlukan jenis latihan olahraga yang berbeda. Contohnya untuk kalian yang bertipe badan Endomorf atau sedikit gemuk dan berwajah lembut, kalian gak cocok untuk berjogging ria, tapi lebih cocok untuk bersepeda dan berenang. Begitu pula sebaliknya untuk Anak Trax yang punya tipe badan Ektomorf atau berbadan sedikit ramping dan tinggi, serta bentuk bahu yang agak sempit, sebaiknya kalian menghindari olahraga renang dan lebih memilih jogging atau olahraga yang menggunakan raket, dan untuk Anak Trax yang badannya bertipe Mesomorf atau bertulang besar, kalian sangat cocok untuk olahraga yang kerjaannya ngangkat-ngangkat kayak angkat besi,dan sebagainya.
