Nama Burung Di Pokemon Dijadiin Nama Spesies Kumbang Langka
Anak Trax ada yang suka main game Pokemon nggak nih? Baru-baru ini telah ditemuin 3 spesies baru kumbang di Australia yang dinamain serupa dengan karakter di Pokemon, lho.
Bagi lo yang penyuka Pokemon pasti udah nggak asing dong dengan 3 burung legendaris di seri Pokemon Red dan Blue, yakni Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres. Nama tiga burung Pokemon ini bakalan nyata ada di dunia.
Dilansir dari Gamerant, seorang mahasiswa PhD di bidang sistematika dan paleontologi, Yun Hsiao, telah nemuin tiga jenis spesies baru kumbang Binburrum langka. Dikarenakan kelangkaannya, Yun Hsiao namain ketiga spesies kumbang Australia baru itu, Binburrum articuno, Binburrum zapdos, dan Binburrum moltres.
Layaknya kaya Pokemon, ternyata ketiga kumbang ini pun ngga bisa ditemuin di daerah yang sama.
Kumbang Binburrum Articuno hanya bisa ditemuin di tenggara Australia Selatan. Sedangkan Binbuttum Zapdos ada di timur laut Queensland, dan Binburrum Moltres ditemuin di timur laut Queensland.
Hal yang unik juga, ketiga kumbang ini punya warna yang khas. Binburrum Articuno punya warna abu-abu keperakan, sedangkan Binburrum Zapdos memiliki sayap hitam dan prothorax emas. Sementara, Binburrum Moltres memiliki tubuh bagian atas berwarna emas sedangkan bagian bawahnya berwarna hitam.
Diberi nama serupa dengan Pokemon karena menurut Hsiao, kumbang spesies baru ini langka dan karakter yang dipunyai mirip di game Pokemon.
